The creator of Expressions Editing Co. is Alexandra Hines. While attending Texas Southern University, she was inspired by her World Literature professor who recommended that she switch her major to English because of the way she had with words. Alexandra did just that and changed the course of her life forever. After graduating with honors, Alexandra decided to continue her education and was accepted into the Graduate School program at TSU where she received her Master's degree in English with a concentration in African Diaspora & African American Literature. She taught at her alma mater as an adjunct professor and decided to take her talents to the high school level in an effort to help prepare those students for college. Alexandra has inspired thousands of students, pushed them towards their goals, and showed them how much potential they have. Her passion for teaching is ever present in her life and she always enjoys hearing from former students. Alexandra is a published author and has been included in a collection of short stories entitled "Tales in Firelight and Shadow".
